Importance of Sleep and How to get more of it.

Do you know sleep affects how we feel, think, behave, react, almost everything. If you had a sound sleep, you will feel happy, relaxed and productive whereas if you didn’t have enough sleep, your whole day would feel like a burden and you will end up tired and annoyed. Experts believe that there is a correlation between sleep and restlessness due to the part of our brains that deals with our instinctive and primal emotions. But how much sleep is enough sleep? Well, some people feel refreshed after only six to seven hours of sleep, while some need eight hours of sleep. It totally depends upon an individual. However, a sleep of 7-8 hours is considered ideal.
