On April 8, 2023, the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) celebrated its 25 years of family business entrepreneurship “Viraasat”, and among the esteemed guests were MDPH Founder Mr. Prakash Agrawal and Director & Partner Mr. Ankit Agrawal.

Mr. Ankit Agrawal is an alumnus of SPJIMR’s Family Managed Business Programme Batch 10, which speaks volumes about the quality of education and training that the institute provides. During the anniversary celebration, Mr. Agrawal was a panel member for the session “Changing Gears: Innovating Disruptions to Zoom Ahead,” which was chaired by Mr. Gaurav Sathaye, the Director of United Speciality Ink Pvt Ltd. The session focused on the importance of innovation and disruption in the business world, and how companies can stay ahead of the competition by constantly adapting and improving their products and services. Other panel members included Mr. Akshay Saini, the Co-Founder & CEO of Tring, Mr. Girish Chitale, a Partner at Chitale Group, Mr. Iqbal Cheema, the Executive Director of Punjab Film City, and Ms. Priti Rathi Gupta, the Founder of LXME (Anand Rathi Group).

MDPH’s Founder, Mr. Prakash Agrawal, was also felicitated during the event. He was honoured by Mr. Deepak Parekh, the Chairman of HDFC Ltd and the Chairman of the Board of Governors at SPJIMR. This recognition speaks volumes about the impact that Mr. Agrawal has had on the business world and the contributions he has made to society.

Held at the Taj Santacruz in Mumbai, Viraasat was a grand affair that brought together some of the most successful and influential people from the business world. As part of the celebration, a coffee table book was unveiled, highlighting the remarkable accomplishments of several enterprises. Among the showcased tales of triumph was the inspiring story of MDPH, sure to ignite a fire in the hearts of budding entrepreneurs for years to come.

Having transformed from a humble garage startup into a thriving business, MDPH’s journey is undeniably inspirational. The Group has indeed come a long way!
