During the recent industrial visit, MBA first year students of Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research (AFMR) visited MDPH’s Rampipliya unit.

The visit commenced with a comprehensive introduction to our organization, setting the stage for a deeper understanding of our processes. Led by Mr. Jeetendra Singh, our Operations Manager, students were given a firsthand look at the various machines and their functionalities. This hands-on experience allowed them to grasp the intricacies of industrial operations and the practical application of theoretical knowledge.

Following the plant tour, students attended a conference where they were presented with information about MDPH and its operations. The session was followed by an interactive question and answer session, providing students with the opportunity to delve deeper into the subject matter.

The students interacted with our team, including Mr. Jeetendra Singh, Operations Manager, Mr. Jitendra Paliwal, Head, Admin, Mr. Anil Panchal, Head of manufacturing, Rampipliya Unit and Ms. Vinita Hemnani, Head, HR. They gained valuable insights into various facets of organizational management. These interactions highlighted the importance of effective leadership, administration, manufacturing processes, and human resource management in driving organizational success.
