September 14, 2024A Scent Reborn: MDPH Powers Oudh’s Global Revival
October 6, 2024A dynamic training session held at the Brilliant Convention Centre.
On September 1, 2024, we at MDPH took a big step towards transformation-a step that truly touched every member of our production teams across all units.
We gathered at the Brilliant Convention Center for a training session organized with the Indore Management Association (IMA).
The highlight of the day – A powerful session led by Captain Jaison Thomas, whose dynamic energy and fresh perspective made it an unforgettable experience.
As we settled in, the air was buzzing with excitement. Captain Jaison Thomas, known for his engaging style and deep insights, kicked things off with a thought-provoking introduction. His focus was clear: to guide us in adopting a modern work approach that fits today’s fast-paced world.
First, Captain Thomas emphasized how crucial it is to take ownership of our work. We were reminded to fully embrace our responsibilities and adopt a positive, proactive mindset. He called challenges “growth opportunities,” and it hit home. The idea was simple but powerful: if we think like leaders, we work like leaders!
Another big takeaway was about closing the communication gap between our senior and junior team members. Good communication is key to any team’s success. By encouraging open dialogue and understanding, we aim to create a more connected and cohesive work environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
In the training session, our production team also learned the importance of embracing new methods to break the monotony of daily tasks. The session also pushed us to focus on productive conversations rather than getting stuck in arguments. It’s all about maintaining a positive vibe at work to achieve our goals together.
Quick, informed decision-making is crucial. The training session highlighted how using both past experiences and current situations helps in making better choices. But it didn’t stop there-we also discussed the importance of teamwork and supporting each other’s growth. When we work together, we all rise together.
Lastly, Captain Thomas reminded us about the power of recognizing and appreciating each other. Regular encouragement keeps our team motivated and brings out the best in everyone.
By the end of the day, our production team walked away with fresh insights and practical tools to bring more ownership and accountability into our daily work. This aligns perfectly with MDPH’s commitment to always push for excellence.
