
MDPH Director Mr. Anshul Agrawal Shares Insights with The Hindu Businessline on the Launch of the New Gauved Portfolio

In today’s fast-paced and competitive world, organizations must continuously sharpen the axe to remain effective and agile. Embracing improvement philosophies like 5S and Kaizen is vital—they infuse discipline, structure, and creative problem-solving to drive meaningful and lasting transformation.
First introduced in Japanese manufacturing circles, the principles of 5S and Kaizen have since become global cornerstones of operational excellence. 5S—an acronym for Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—focuses on workplace organization, while Kaizen, meaning “continuous improvement,” promotes a culture where incremental changes lead to significant long-term gains.
On Sunday, 8th June 2025, MDPH, in collaboration with the Indore Management Association (IMA), successfully conducted a high-impact workshop on 5S and Kaizen at the Brilliant Convention Centre, Indore. This focused training aimed to embed a culture of continuous improvement across departments—from production and maintenance to inventory, stores, and dispatch.

The session was expertly led by Mr. Yogesh Jain, a seasoned trainer, auditor, and consultant in quality systems. Mr. Jain, Director and Chief Consultant at Niche Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is also a visiting faculty member for the M.Tech. program at Devi Ahilya University and a Partner at Indore Communication. Known for his practical teaching style and insightful real-world examples, Mr. Jain ensured that each concept was not just understood but internalized and ready to be applied on the shop floor.
