MDPH Showcases Blunt Black and Unveils Wild Soul at CHAMPS Trade Show Las Vegas 2026

At Mysore Deep Perfumery House (MDPH), we believe meaningful learning happens when academic knowledge meets real-world experience. As part of an Industry Interface Program, MDPH recently welcomed four students from the PGHRM programme at IIM to work on two live organizational projects, giving them an opportunity to experience the realities of a working organization beyond the classroom.
The engagement began with a week-long online pre-engagement session, introducing the students to MDPH, our business environment, organizational context, and project objectives. This was followed by a two-week on-site engagement, where they gained first-hand exposure to our systems, processes and operations while interacting with Director Mr. Anshul Agrawal, the Head of HR, and various organizational stakeholders.
The experience has gone beyond observation. Through interactions, research, analysis and visits to our operations, the students have had the opportunity to examine real organizational situations and understand how academic frameworks translate into practical business environments. It has also enabled them to look at organizational practices through a fresh and independent perspective
For MDPH, such collaborations are equally valuable.
Fresh perspectives, thoughtful questions, and structured analysis can bring new dimensions to the way organizations view their existing processes and challenges. As the students move towards the final phase of their projects, they will consolidate their observations and present recommendations that we hope will offer meaningful and relevant insights.
