Thanks to vigilant action of police officers, we have been successful in busting a major scam at the onset of festive season.

We achieved this breakthrough by getting suspect godowns in West Bengal raided. The raids exposed counterfeiting of Zed Black incense sticks. The raid took place subsequent to the filing of an FIR at Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate, West Bengal. A significant amount of counterfeit prayer essentials were seized from Mohammad Hilal at Qureshi Mohalla, Asansol North & Mohammad Aslam of Shri Nagar, Asansol North and from the godown of Mohammad Muktar residing in Qureshi Mohalla.

Be it noted that counterfeiting is a grave offense, which violates the IP rights of reputable manufacturers. As a prominent incense stick brand, we at Zed Black have been at the forefront of raising awareness against counterfeiting. We have filed successful Civil Suits for Injunction and damages and lodged various successful Criminal Complaint to stop counterfeiting in various states like, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Orissa and Uttar Pradesh.
