June 28, 2022From a small garage to 5 factories with 10 lac sq. ft. of manufacturing space, from the first brand ‘Poorab Paschim Uttar Dakshin’ to the leading and popular brands like ‘Zed Black’ and ‘Manthan’, from being a national brand to being an international brand and exporting to more than 40 countries to employing over 4000 workers with 80% women, MDPH has paved a long way to success over the span of 30 years.
Today, MDPH owns 12 brands under its umbrella in different categories like Pooja products, scented candles, confectionery, edible oils, health & hygiene, henna, tea and more. MDPH has established a remarkable presence in the Indian and international market. The fact that A-list celebrities like MS Dhoni and Hrithik Roshan endorse our brands Zed Black and Manthan gives us great pride. To serve every household and meet every need of every household, we are continuously striving for excellence.
Performances started as the event progressed. Dance, Music, Laughter, Fun & Food filled the evening. Additionally, staff members were felicitated based on their years of service: over 25 years, 15-20 years, 10-15 years, and 5-10 years. The event, which was hosted by Mr. Jitesh Chawla and Ms. Neha Pahuja, was full of joy, awards & performances, and it was all in all a memorable one. The event concluded musically with a live performance by the band Vivran.
The Building Blocks Of MDPH
To make MDPH what it is today, many people have put their time, effort, and dedication intoit. Every person has made a significant contribution to the success of MDPH. Aswe mark the 30th anniversary of MDPH, here is the journey of the building blocks; directors and partners of MDPH:
Despite the ups and downs, he achieved his goal and made MDPH a market leader. Even today, he is leaving no stone unturned to take MDPH to the next level. Mr. Prakash Agrawal continues to introduce new products and ideas to the MDPH Group. Starting with a single brand, today, MDPH owns 12 brands across different categories and all this is the result of his everlasting determination.
From working as a salesman to now being the founder of a successful group, Mr. Prakash Agrawal’s journey conveys the true message of determination, faith, integrity, and a strong sense of commitment to live our dream!
With his core efforts, MDPH was amongst the top 5 manufacturers of Incense Sticks in India which later on hopped to be among the top 3 manufacturers in India. He has taken the charge of developing markets for the brand whether it’s national or international. He looks after Imports, Exports, Sales, Marketing, Legal & Perfumery Development in MDPH. Under his supervision, the group now has 35 regional sales offices in India & International offices in New York & Kathmandu.
He is a 2nd generation entrepreneur heading his family business. He joined his family business in 2011 and since then he has been an integral part of the company. With his super-eminent management skills, Anshul is heading Operations, Administration, Finance and HR at MDPH. He is managing more than 3,500 people at its 5 manufacturing units with a cumulative production space of 8,50,000 sq. ft. and 35 offices across India.
MDPH is today a market leader due to the hard work and expertise put forth by MDPH’s management team. The journey of MDPH has been filled with both highs and lows, but what remains, in the end, is the love, respect, and support the group has received over the past three decades. MDPH appreciates each and every person who stood by and made this journey possible. With a new vision, hopes, and energy, we are embarking on a year of success and growth. We hope this bond will get stronger and we will grow together.
