We at MDPH had the privilege of participating in the CII Leadership Conclave 2025, an event that reflected India’s spirit of progress and collective ambition.
Held on 14 November 2025 at the Hotel Marriott, Indore, under the theme “Building the Next INDIA: Beyond Boundaries,” the conclave brought together leaders from industry, government, MSMEs, start-ups, and academia. Each conversation added depth to the ideas shaping India’s future of innovation, sustainable growth, and leadership.

We were honoured to have our Director, Mr Ankit Agrawal, represent Mysore Deep Perfumery House as a panelist for the session “Madhya Pradesh Rising – Stories of Enterprise, Innovation & Impact.” The panel gave us a platform to reflect on our own journey and the values that guide our growth.
As we shared our story, we revisited our beginnings as a traditional incense family business. Over time, we evolved into a diversified FMCG organisation with a global footprint. This transformation did not happen overnight. It was built on a steady balance of preserving our heritage while embracing innovation in products, processes, and thinking. This balance continues to anchor us as we scale.
We also highlighted our diversification into the health and hygiene category through ORVA. For us, diversification is far more than expansion. It represents our belief that growth must be meaningful, future-ready, and aligned with societal needs. ORVA stands as a testament to this intent.
Another theme we discussed was the blend of legacy and professionalism. We continue to value the strength of our family-driven ethos, yet we operate with robust, modern, and scalable management systems. This duality helps us stay grounded in our culture while building an organisation capable of competing on the world stage.
Our Director also spoke about the role of early leadership, responsibility, and cultural continuity in shaping future-ready teams. For us, leadership is a commitment—one that influences how we nurture talent, take decisions, and build resilience.
We express our gratitude to CII Madhya Pradesh for hosting this meaningful platform and to Grant Thornton Bharat for their partnership. Moments like these encourage us to keep innovating, keep diversifying, and keep contributing to building the next India—responsibly, sustainably, and with lasting impact.
