In the heart of Madhya Pradesh, where the bustling streets of Indore hum with life, a star was quietly rising. A young girl with a fierce resolve began her journey that would inspire an entire generation. This is the story of Roli Pathak, an international volleyball player from Indore.

This commitment to supporting its employees’ families reflects MDPH’s deep-rooted belief in fostering both personal and professional growth within its community.

Roli’s educational journey began at SICA School in Indore, where she laid the groundwork for her future. Originally aspiring to join the Indian Army, her path shifted when she was selected under the Khelo India Scheme, a government initiative aimed at nurturing young sports talent.

In 2018, Roli moved to Kerala for higher education, where she began her intensive volleyball training. Her dedication over the past five years has earned her numerous accolades, including national medals and international representation, making her the first and only volleyball player from Madhya Pradesh to achieve such recognition.

MDPH takes immense pride in Roli’s achievements, viewing her success as a reflection of the organization’s commitment to its extended family.

The unwavering support provided to Shakuntala Ji, both professionally and personally, has been instrumental in Roli’s journey to the top.

As Roli continues to excel on the international stage, her story serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration, not just for aspiring athletes but for anyone with a dream.

Roli Pathak’s journey, backed by the steadfast support of her mother and the unwavering commitment of MDPH, is a shining example of how dreams, no matter how distant, can be realized with determination, sacrifice, and the right support. As we celebrate her continued success, MDPH reaffirms
