On October 4th, 2024, MDPH’s Kshipra Unit played host to 30 enthusiastic BBA students from DCBM for a transformative learning experience in large-scale manufacturing. These eager learners were keen to immerse themselves in the intricacies of industrial operations, and our company provided just the opportunity through an insightful and engaging tour of its facility.
The visit commenced with a comprehensive introduction to the packing section. Here, the students witnessed first-hand how precision and organization are key to ensuring product quality and timely distribution. The efficiency of MDPH’s packaging operations left a lasting impression, as the students gained a new appreciation for the importance of detail in the final stages of production
The journey continued to the Dhoop manufacturing section, where the students explored the intricate processes that turn raw materials into finished products. From mixing to molding and final touches, they observed the craftsmanship that goes into creating our company’s iconic offerings.
Following the tour, a highly anticipated Q&A session was held, led by our Director Mr. Ankit Agrawal. He offered a wealth of knowledge about the advanced manufacturing technologies in use, the efficient management of labor at scale, and the strategic marketing efforts that position MDPH as a leader in the global market.
Our Director also shared MDPH’s well-orchestrated dispatch system, explaining how their products reach consumers worldwide seamlessly. His emphasis on the synchronization of operations, logistics, and marketing illustrated the broader picture of running a successful manufacturing business.
