January 7, 2026
Entrepreneurship is not just about building enterprises—it is equally about exchanging perspectives, questioning assumptions, and continuing to learn.
Mr Anshul Agrawal, Managing Partner, MDPH took on the role of Guest Lecturer for an Entrepreneurship session at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

The session went beyond conventional frameworks and definitions. Entrepreneurship was discussed as a mindset—one that blends resilience, adaptability, and decision-making under uncertainty. The classroom dialogue reflected how theory gains meaning only when connected with real-world challenges, trade-offs, and outcomes.
In the lively interaction, students explored ideas around risk-taking, opportunity recognition, and leadership. Their questions reflected an eagerness to understand how businesses evolve in dynamic environments and how founders must constantly balance vision with execution. These exchanges made the session as enriching for us as it was for the students.
The interactive Q&A stood out as a highlight. Students asked thoughtful questions on navigating early failures, building teams, and sustaining motivation through ambiguity. This curiosity is the true foundation of entrepreneurship—where learning is driven by asking the right questions rather than seeking ready-made answers.
Opportunities like these contribute to our own learning journey, offering fresh viewpoints and reinforcing the importance of staying open to new ideas, especially from the next generation of leaders.
We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Anshuman Jaiswal, PhD, MBA, LLM and his team at NMIMS for the opportunity and warm hospitality. Such collaborations between industry and academia play a vital role in shaping future entrepreneurs. We hope Mr Agrawal’s lecture opened new vistas of learning for NMIMS students.
