In an exciting development, Zed Black partnered with the Madhya Pradesh League 2024 (MPL) as an associate sponsor for the prestigious Orange Cap and Purple Cap awards.
Our brand’s latest partnership with the Madhya Pradesh League 2024 (MPL) underscores the brand’s steadfast dedication to promoting sports and discovering emerging cricketing talents in Madhya Pradesh. With the legendary MS Dhoni as our brand ambassador, Zed Black harnesses his influential stature and inspiring career to encourage young cricketers to pursue excellence and realize their dreams.
The MPL for the Scindia Cup is an exciting franchise-based professional T20 cricket league featuring five competitive teams: Bhopal Leopards, Gwalior Cheetahs, Jabalpur Lions, Malwa Panthers, and Rewa Jaguars. Spanning from June 15 to June 23, 2024, the tournament concluded with Jabalpur Lions claiming victory in its maiden edition. Aniket Verma of Bhopal Leopards was honored with the Orange Cap for being the highest run-scorer, while Shivam Shukla of Rewa Jaguars received the Purple Cap for being the top wicket-taker. These prestigious caps represent the highest levels of performance and excellence in the league.
The involvement of MS Dhoni, our brand ambassador, extends far beyond this latest collaboration. Since 2017, he has been the face of Zed Black, symbolizing the brand’s deep connection with cricket. Previously, Zed Black has partnered with the Delhi Capitals in the IPL and recently played a significant role in the ISPL, offering a global platform for tennis ball cricket players to display their skills. Significantly, Zed Black also sponsored India’s tour to South Africa.
By associating with major sporting events, our brand innovatively connects with our target audience, particularly through youth-centric activities. These strategic partnerships and creative marketing efforts have continually bolstered Zed Black’s presence both on and off the field, solidifying our reputation as a brand that supports sportsmanship and community engagement.
Our Director, Mr. Ankit Agarwal, elaborated: “We are thrilled to partner with the MPL as the Orange and Purple Cap sponsor. Cricket is not just a sport in India; it’s a passion that unites millions. At Zed Black, we believe in supporting initiatives that bring communities together and inspire the younger generation to pursue their dreams. The MPL provides a fantastic platform for emerging cricketing talent in Madhya Pradesh, and we are proud to be a part of it.”
The collaboration between Zed Black and MPL 2024 is set to be a mutually beneficial venture, enriching the cricketing scene in Madhya Pradesh while reinforcing Zed Black’s unwavering commitment to fostering sportsmanship and excellence. This partnership not only promises to elevate the regional cricket landscape but also inspires the next generation of cricketers to aspire to greatness.
