At MDPH, fostering a sense of unity and community among our employees is a top priority. The recent MDPH Cricket League, held on March 17, 2024, exemplified this commitment as teams from various departments and units came together for a day of spirited competition and shared joy. Six spirited teams graced the Advanced Academy grounds.

The presence of our esteemed directors, Mr. Ankit Agrawal and Mr. Anshul Agrawal, injected a contagious energy into the event. They added to the excitement by not only overseeing the event but also joining in the cricketing action themselves. Their actions served as a powerful symbol of our dedication to employee engagement and support.

Throughout the matches, the true spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork shone brightly. Players showcased their skills and dedication, embodying the core values that define our workplace culture. In the final match between Unit 3 and Unit 5, Unit 3 emerged victorious, securing the championship title.

As players were awarded trophies and medals by our senior management, the joy and pride on their faces were unmistakable. This moment of recognition served to reinforce the sense of accomplishment among all participants.

The success of the event was made possible by the diligent efforts of the organizing committee members Mr. Krishnakant Maurya, Mr. Amit Paul and Mr. Rahul Barsle. Their meticulous planning ensured that every aspect, from logistics to hospitality, was seamlessly executed, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the cricketing extravaganza. Ms. Vinita and Mr. Jitendra Paliwal’s planning was immaculate as they obtained key approvals from management to ensure the success of the event.
