At Mysore Deep Perfumery House (MDPH), we believe that every new employee brings fresh energy, ideas and possibilities. To welcome our recent joiners and help them understand the organization’s journey and values, an Employee Orientation Session was organized at the Head Office on 12 March 2026.
More than 30 employees from different units attended the orientation program. The session was conducted by Mr. Anshul Agrawal, Managing Partner, who personally interacted with the participants and shared valuable insights about the organization.

The session began with a round of employee introductions, where the new team members shared a brief overview of their background and professional journey. This interactive start created a comfortable and engaging environment for everyone present.

Mr. Agrawal then took the participants through the inspiring journey of MDPH, narrating how the company started from a small garage in 1992 and gradually evolved into a globally recognized organization that is now a case study at Harvard University. His narration highlighted the determination, perseverance and vision that shaped the organization over the years.
He also spoke about the struggles faced during the early years, the challenges overcome along the way and the motivation that kept the team moving forward. The stories behind the company’s milestones made the session both insightful and inspiring.
During the orientation, employees were also introduced to the core values of the organization, along with some important company policies and workplace guidelines. This helped the new joiners gain a clear understanding of the culture and expectations at MDPH.
The session was filled with experiences, real-life stories and valuable lessons, making it far more than just a formal orientation. It provided employees with a deeper connection to the organization and its legacy.
Many employees also shared their previous work experiences and their journey with MDPH so far, creating a platform for open dialogue and interaction.
The enthusiasm among the employees was clearly visible. They were excited even before the session began and the energy remained the same throughout the session and afterwards. By the end of the program, the participants expressed a strong sense of belonging to the MDPH family and gratitude to the management for providing them with this opportunity to learn directly from the leadership.
At MDPH, orientation is not just about policies and processes—it is about sharing the story, the values and the vision that unite us all.
