At MDPH, we believe that every employee plays an important role in delivering excellence. Continuing this commitment towards continuous learning and professional development, a special training session for Executive Drivers was organized on 15th July at the Head Office.
The session was conducted by renowned professional trainer Ms. Pratibha Agrawal, who led an engaging and interactive workshop for all Executive Drivers. She began the session with an ice-breaking activity that helped participants feel comfortable and actively involved throughout the training.
The training focused on enhancing professional conduct, communication skills, personal grooming, driving etiquette, vehicle maintenance, punctuality, travel coordination, GPS usage, parking protocols and overall service standards expected from executive drivers. Through a thoughtfully designed presentation, practical examples, and informative videos, the concepts were explained simply and relatably.
One of the highlights of the session was the enthusiastic participation of all the drivers. Dressed smartly in their uniforms, they actively interacted with the trainer, asked questions and shared their experiences, making the session lively and impactful.
During the session, Ms. Pratibha Agrawal appreciated MDPH for taking the initiative to organize a dedicated professional development program for executive drivers. She acknowledged that such opportunities are rarely provided to drivers and appreciated the organization's vision of investing in learning and development across every role.
The training concluded on a positive note, leaving participants motivated to implement the learnings in their day-to-day responsibilities. This initiative reflects MDPH's continued commitment to building a culture of professionalism, discipline, safety and service excellence at every level of the organization.
