On June 21, 2024, the MDPH team celebrated the International Yoga Day with an inspiring session conducted by experts from the Art of Living.
Our team learned how yoga and meditation helps improve focus, enhances mental clarity, and boosts overall well-being, enabling us to better manage our daily tasks and responsibilities. The session was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to unwind, connect with themselves, and rejuvenate their spirits.
The event started with a brief introduction of Yoga. Our instructors then led us through a series of gentle stretches and breathing exercises, creating a calm and focused atmosphere. They emphasized the importance of mindfulness in our daily lives and demonstrated techniques to help us stay present and centered.
