MDPH Celebrates Navratri with Vibrant Garba Evenings at Dewas Naka Unit
October 9, 2025
On September 10, 2025, we at MDPH had the pleasure of welcoming 42 first-year MBA students of Daly College of Business Management (Batch 2025–27) to our Kshipra Unit.

The students, along with two faculty members, joined us to gain practical exposure to the working of a large-scale manufacturing setup.
We began the day with a guided tour of our facility. Together, we walked through different departments—Dhoop, Incense Sticks, Bambooless Sticks, and Dispatch. At every step, we shared how our operations blend traditional craftsmanship with modern automation. The students saw for themselves how heritage and innovation coexist in our processes.
What seemed to inspire young learners most was the way we manage our workforce while maintaining efficiency and quality. They witnessed how teamwork, planning, and coordination play a key role in keeping production smooth and consistent. For them, theories from the classroom took shape in real life during this visit.
We also engaged with them on broader aspects of industrial management.
Supply chain coordination, workforce motivation, and quality assurance became focal points of discussion. We could sense their curiosity and eagerness to connect what they study with what they observed on the ground.
For these aspiring managers, the visit was not only an academic exercise but also a chance to think more deeply about leadership, operations, and responsibility. We believe that such exposure helps students bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing them for the challenges of the business world.
At MDPH, we value opportunities to host young students and contribute to their growth. We were delighted to interact with the DCBM students and share insights from our journey.
We extend our warmest wishes to them as they continue their academic path. We are confident that experiences like this will help them become thoughtful, capable leaders of tomorrow.
