At MDPH, work finds its rhythm not only in productivity but also in the beats of our culture—where traditions unite us, strengthen our bonds, and celebrate the joy of togetherness.
These celebrations go beyond festivity; they help enhance coordination and camaraderie among colleagues.

On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, the MDPH family came together at the Dewas Naka premises on 26th and 27th September 2025 to honor the spirit of devotion, culture, and unity. The festive evenings echoed with joy and togetherness as employees stepped away from their daily routines to celebrate India’s timeless tradition of Garba.
The celebration began with the Aarti of Maa Durga, seeking her divine blessings as the embodiment of courage, resilience, and strength. The sound of devotional music and rhythmic claps filled the air, infusing everyone with energy and reverence.
The pandal shimmered with vibrant décor—bright drapes, colorful lights, and floral arrangements that reflected the essence of Navratri. Team members arrived in their traditional attire, adding a graceful charm and festive glow to the celebration.
As the beats of Garba began, the courtyard came alive. Laughter, rhythm, and swirling colors blended into a scene of pure celebration. Colleagues turned into dance partners, and joy turned into a shared rhythm.

The Garba celebration at MDPH was more than an event—it was a reminder of the power of tradition, values, and shared happiness. As the music faded and lights dimmed, one thing remained—the warmth of cherished memories and the joy of celebrating as one big MDPH family.
